June 19, 2017

We kick off Sight & Sound Weekly with our music talk (17:35) and we examine all of the new releases on New Music Friday, including the new Hundredth album, Rare, the new Coldplay single, and take a deep dive into Lorde's new album, Melodrama. Movies get a little wacky (41:22) while discussing the bizarre story of Universal blaming Tom Cruise's involvement in the short comings of their Dark Universe debut film, The Mummy. During our TV segment (1:13:02) we breakdown the new reality series, Planet of the Apps, its place on Apple Music, as well as the announcement of a new DC series based on the comic book, Teen Titans called, Titans. The series will debut on DC/Warner Bros/The CW's new streaming platform.
